Description
The Zante Currant raisins (Vitis Vinifera), also called Corithian raisins, is a variety of small, sweet, seedless black grape. Currants are commonly mistaken with the blackcurrant, redcurrant, and white currant, which are berries of shrubs in the Ribes Genus. The Unsulphured Currants are naturally sun-dried, inspected, de-stemmed, cleaned, sized and washed.

Storage
Cool, dry storage between 55-70˚F is recommended for a shelf life of 1 year.
