Description
These Kamut® flakes are prepared from the flaking of organic hulled Kamut® kernels. They have undergone a flash heating process to render them more convenient for use. They are a brownish yellow colour with white streaks, and have a nutty flavour. Kamut® flakes can be used in pancake or muffin mix, hot cereal, and healthy breads.
Storage
Product should be stored in a clean, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 60˚F and 60% relative humidity. Optimum shelf life is 9 months under correct storage conditions.
