Hulled barley is the whole grain with only the inedible spikelet removed. Organic barley flour is untreated and milled from cleaned, hulled barley groats.

Uses
Barley flour can be added to cookies, cakes, muffins, pancakes, squares, and breads. It may also be used as a thickener for soups, stews and gravies.
Storage
Product should be stored in a cool, dry area, for a shelf life of 8 months.
