Description
Yellow corn flour is prepared from clean, hulled and degermed organic yellow corn kernels. The flour is a light yellow colour, and has no extraneous matter.
Uses
Corn flour is very light and best used in combination with other flours. Try substituting up to 25% corn flour in recipes such as pancakes, muffins, corn bread, and biscuits.
Storage
Product should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated storage area removed from direct heat and sunshine. Under optimum conditions (temperature not exceeding 15°C or 60°F, with a relative humidity of 65%), expected shelf life is approximately 6 months.
