Uses
Kamut® Khorasan wheat flour can be used in place of modern wheat flour in any recipe, including pancakes, muffins, bread, and pasta.
Storage
Product should be stored in a clean, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 70˚F and 60% relative humidity. Optimum shelf life is 6 months under correct storage conditions.
