Description
This organic flour blend includes the whole grain goodness of brown rice and sorghum, making this gluten-free blend unusually rich in fibre, protein, and monounsaturated fats. Sorghum flour’s nutty flavour and wheat-like texture enhances the light, bland brown rice flour. The result is a great all-purpose flour mix for breads, buns, and pizza dough. We’ve even included xanthan gum in the blend so it can be easily substituted cup for cup with any wheat flour recipe.
Ingredients
Organic brown rice flour, organic sorghum flour, xanthan gum.
Directions
Substitute 1 cup of flour mix for each cup of wheat flour in a recipe.
Storage
When stored in a cool (preferably less than 60˚F) and dry location (less than 70% humidity), shelf life is approximately 1 year.
