Description
This flour is obtained by milling organic soft winter wheat kernels that are grown by Certified Organic farmers. It is a fine, unbleached, creamy powder with a characteristic bland flavour and odour. Whole wheat flour comprises the bran, germ, and endosperm of the wheat grain.

Uses
Hard wheat flour is appropriate for bread and other hard baked goods, whereas soft wheat flour should be employed for lighter pastries, cookies, pies, and more. Soft wheat flour has a low gluten content, yet will still permit dough to rise.
Storage
Product should be stored at an ambient temperature and in a clean, dry place. Shelf life is approximately 9 months under correct storage conditions.
