They are an excellent source of Vitamin E, which is the body’s primary fat-soluble antioxidant. Our Organic Raw Sunflower Seeds are hulled, but not sterilized or pasteurized. One ounce of sunflower seeds provides about half of your daily requirement of Vitamin E. It also has other immune-boosting nutrients like Vitamin B6 and selenium.
