The Non-Instant Skin Milk Powder is manufactured from fresh skim milk which has been carefully handled and processed to minimize protein denaturation and to preserve the quality and freshness associated with fresh skim milk solids. Use 1 part skim milk powder to 9 or 10 parts water. The water should be boiled and cooled down to between 35-40°F before combining with the powder. The finished product can be stored in the fridge for no longer than 48 hours. To make 1 cup of skim milk, combine 3 level tablespoon of powder with 1 cup water.
