Description This product is a food grade, essentially oil-free, soy lecithin granules. It has no carriers or diluents and has a bland flavour. It is oil soluble, water dispersible and its dry form makes it very convenient for storage and use. Uses The product Soy Lecithin Granules is a versatile emulsifier, but also a great source of phospholipids. Some of them may play a role in memory and cognitive function, as well as liver function. It can be taken directly (as advised by your health care provider) and or be integrated into your diet. Storage Store product away from direct sunlight, in a dry area, with temperatures between 15°C and 30°C. Shelf life is approximately 12 months if stored under proper conditions.
