Description
Soymilk powder is an edible soy flour prepared from clean, sound soybeans. The soybeans have been hulled, lightly heat treated, and grounded. This results in a product with a uniform texture and beige colour. Soymilk powder can be a great alternative for those who are allergic to cow’s milk or for lactose intolerant individuals.
Uses
To reconstitute, add 1 portion of soymilk powder to 3 portions cold water. It mixes best in a blender. The reconstituted soymilk is best used for cooking or baking. It is not intended for use as a beverage.
Storage
Product should be stored in a clean, dry area at a temperature not exceeding 15˚C or 60% relative humidity. Shelf life is approximately 10 months.
