DESCRIPTIONWildly Organic walnuts are premium grade, full halves. We purchase our walnuts directly from a family farm in California, and they represent the highest quality organic walnuts for sale available. These nuts are “activated” in our facility using a soaking and low-temperature dehydrating method. By soaking the nuts, phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors that may interfere with nutrient absorption are broken down. We then dehydrate our walnuts at low temperatures to preserve those enzymes, nutrients, and micro-nutrients. This also makes our nuts crispy and taste great. We go the extra mile to ensure our walnuts are made under quality control practices. We store our walnuts in cool storage and use vapor barrier packaging to help preserve their freshness and ensure that you receive only the best walnuts!
